Total Inkout Package – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients purchasing the Total Inkout Package at Inkout Tattoo Removal. By purchasing this package, you agree to the following terms:

1. Package Validity

• The Total Inkout Package must be fully used within 30 months from the date of the first appointment.
• Any unused sessions beyond this period will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for unused appointments outside the validity timeframe.

2. Treatment Schedule

• Appointments must be spaced according to the following schedule:
  • First 4 sessions: spaced 6 weeks apart
  • Subsequent sessions: spaced 8 weeks apart
• This schedule is designed to ensure optimal skin healing and treatment efficacy.

3. Appointment Availability

• Appointments are currently available on weekends only.
• Clients are encouraged to book in advance to secure preferred time slots.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment or failure to attend (no-show) will incur a $50 fee.
• This fee must be paid prior to booking the next session.

5. Refunds and Transfers

• The Total Inkout Package is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No partial refunds will be provided for missed, cancelled, or unused sessions.

6. Client Commitment

• By purchasing this package, clients commit to following the recommended treatment schedule and aftercare instructions provided by Inkout Tattoo Removal.
• Results may vary based on individual skin type, tattoo characteristics, and adherence to the treatment plan.
